No strangers to the world of AI in education, Pear Deck Learning introduced their classroom-focused AI-powered Pear Start in 2025. As the fourth product in the Pear Deck Learning lineup, Pear Start needed its own identity, both in visual and in voice, while still feeling like a member of the Pear family. With the most playful tone of the product family and bright punches of color, the creative team positioned Pear Start as the natural companion for any teacher in any classroom. By teasing early access to teachers starting in January, Pear Start launched with well over 7,000 early adopters by August of 2025.
